By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of ServiceAll commissions are for personal use only. Printing, re-producing, merchandise use, or using it commercially is prohibited.
I do not do commissions for commercial artwork.Please include the following for commission requests:
- Your name
- Character/s you want to commission and the show they are from.
- The type of commission you'd like (Bust, half/ full body) and any additional characters or props.
- Reference photos of your pose or costume in mind.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:GENERAL TERMS
- All commissions are for personal use only. Printing, re-producing, merchandise use, or using it commercially is prohibited. I do not do commissions for commercial artwork.
- As a client, you are allowed to post the artwork/s, however, please do not alter the artwork in anyway or remove my logo/name and claim it as your own. Tagging my art account/s is not mandatory but highly appreciated.
- I rightfully own each artwork, thus I am allowed to post the commissioned work/s, and/or use it in my portfolio.
- Do not put my art into any AI software/machines, as a whole or parts of it.PAYMENT
-Currency accepted is either USD or PHP and can be paid through PayPal or local payment service such as GCash or bank transfer.
-Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
-Please wait for me to confirm your slot and request for you to pay before sending any payment.PROCCESS & DELIVERY
-I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
-I will send updates with WIPs to update you with the progress of the work. These WIPs will include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
-The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2-3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
-If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
-Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.REVISIONS
-You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. Any changes in illustration can only be requested during sketching phase.
-A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
-If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage ($4/hr).
-If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
-The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission at any stage.
-If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, or you cancel your order before I started it, you will receive a full refund.
-If you are getting a refund, please do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
